The app can only see the sheet it creates, not the rest of your Drive. Privacy

Easiest: on the other phone, open this app and tap Connect Google using the same Google account. Everything goes into this same sheet.
Different Google account? 1) Open your sheet, tap Share, add their email as an Editor. 2) Send them this link:
